What people usually ask us.
Do you work with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, v0 or Replit?
Yes, and with projects built in Base44, FlutterFlow, Windsurf, Claude Code or Copilot. Underneath it's usually React, Next.js, Supabase or Firebase.
Do I have to give you access to my code?
Not for the health check: it only needs your app's public URL. For the audit or a fix, we ask for repository access in whatever way makes you comfortable, and you can revoke it anytime.
How much does it cost?
The health check is free. The App Rescue Audit costs $299 and you get a written report in 2 business days. If it finds no issue of medium or high severity, you get a full refund. If you start a plan within 30 days, the $299 is credited to your first month. Fixes get a fixed price you approve first, or ongoing help on Care from $249 a month.
Can I keep using AI afterwards?
Of course. We leave the project tidy so you can keep building with your tool, and show you how to ask for changes without breaking what works.
What if my app is down right now?
Choose “It's down right now” in the form and leave a phone number: we read those before everything else waiting. On a plan? Send it from your portal as Critical. We reply the same business day on Care Plus, and within one business day on the other plans.
