What counts as a request?
One piece of work with a clear result: a feature, a screen, an integration, a bug. Big projects are split into several requests, so you see progress every few days.
Why one request at a time?
So each piece of work gets real focus and gets finished. Queue as many as you want; if you need two moving at once, choose two at a time.
How does the Dev Subscription work day to day?
You add requests in your portal, as many as you like. We take them in order, one at a time (two on the two-at-a-time plan), and split big ones so you see progress every few days. Each request shows its status in the portal, you get a live demo every two weeks, and the code goes to your repository.
How do we stay in touch?
Through your portal and by email. You send requests in the portal, their status is updated there, and we email you when we need a decision or something from you.
What isn't included?
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, licences, app store fees and AI usage; you pay those directly. Work that doesn't fit your plan gets a separate fixed quote, and nothing is done or charged until you approve it.
What if I need more than my plan covers?
We tell you before doing anything. You can add hours at a fixed price, move up a plan, or get a fixed quote for a bigger project.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your portal (Your plan → Manage or cancel plan); your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Or pause it from your portal: we stop charging at your next renewal and keep working until the end of the paid period. When you resume, a new period starts and is charged that day.
What if it's not for me?
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, we refund 75% of that payment. To ask for it, cancel and then tell us from your portal or at billing@devonauts.com; cancelling alone doesn't send the refund. The App Rescue Audit costs $299 and you get a written report in 2 business days. If it finds no issue of medium or high severity, you get a full refund. If you start a plan within 30 days, the $299 is credited to your first month.
Who owns the code?
You do. We work in your repository, and the code is yours once the period it was written in is paid.
