Questions about fixing Base44 apps
Can I keep using Base44 after you fix it?
Yes. Most fixes happen inside Base44 or in the GitHub repo synced with it, so you keep building with prompts. We tell you which parts are better left alone.
Is my Base44 app secure?
Not always. Base44 lets you set row-level rules on each entity, and an entity without rules can be open to every user of your app. The audit checks this first, along with admin screens and backend functions.
Can I export my Base44 code and leave?
You can get the code into GitHub on a paid plan, but the exported app still relies on Base44 for its data and sign-in. Leaving completely means replacing that backend. The audit tells you what that would involve, so you can decide before spending more.
How much does it cost to fix a Base44 app?
The App Rescue Audit costs $299 and you get a written report in 2 business days. If it finds no issue of medium or high severity, you get a full refund. If you start a plan within 30 days, the $299 is credited to your first month. Fixes get a fixed price you approve first, or ongoing help on Care from $249 a month.
Do you need my Base44 password?
No. Add us as a collaborator on the app from the Base44 editor and, if it's synced, invite us to the GitHub repo. Never share passwords or secret keys in chats or forms.
