FAQ
Questions about fixing Windsurf projects
Can I keep using Windsurf after you fix it?
Yes. We work in your Git repository, so you open the same project in the editor afterwards. The rules we add live in the repo, so the agent follows the structure we set up.
Windsurf is now called Devin Desktop. Does that change anything?
Not for your code. Your project is a normal Git repository and the editor still reads the rules folder we leave in it. We work the same way whichever version you have installed.
How much does it cost to fix a Windsurf project?
The App Rescue Audit costs $299 and you get a written report in 2 business days. If it finds no issue of medium or high severity, you get a full refund. If you start a plan within 30 days, the $299 is credited to your first month. Work after that gets a fixed price you approve first, or runs on a Care or Dev Subscription plan.
Will you rewrite my code?
Only the parts that truly need it. We keep what works, fix what doesn't and make the rest easier for you and the agent to change.
Do you need access to my computer or my Windsurf account?
No. Invite us to the repository on GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket. Never share passwords or secret keys in chats or forms; if we need access to a service, add us there as a collaborator.
