Partner program terms

1. The program

Devonauts invites partners (creators, agencies, consultants, communities) to recommend our services with a personal link. Joining is free and by invitation; we may decline or end a partnership at any time.

2. What you earn

You earn 30% (or the rate agreed in your invitation) of the first payment on every purchase a client you referred makes: an online plan, an audit or a custom project. It is calculated on what the client actually pays us, net of taxes, refunds and chargebacks. Renewals of a plan don't earn a new commission.

• A referred client is someone who reaches us through your link within 90 days of clicking it, or who wrote to us through the site after clicking it, and who had never paid us before.
• The first partner whose link the client used keeps the client; later links don't replace it.
• You can't refer yourself, your own company or accounts you control.

3. The hold and refunds

Each commission is pending for 30 days after the client pays. If the payment is refunded or disputed in that time, the commission is reduced or voided. After that it's yours.

4. Payouts

Available commissions are paid out automatically once your balance reaches $50. Where Stripe supports your country, payouts go to your bank through Stripe Connect; you complete Stripe's identity and bank checks and agree to Stripe's terms. Elsewhere we pay by PayPal or bank transfer to the details you give us; transfer fees may apply. Amounts are in US dollars. You are responsible for your own taxes.

5. How you may promote Devonauts

• Say clearly that you earn a commission (for example #ad or “affiliate link”), as the law and the platforms require.
• No paid ads that bid on “Devonauts” or variations of our name, and no ads that look like they come from us.
• No spam: no unsolicited emails or messages, no fake reviews, no misleading claims about prices, timelines or results.
• Don't present yourself as part of the Devonauts team or make promises on our behalf.

6. Changes and ending

We may change rates or rules with 30 days' notice by email; commissions already earned keep the rules they were earned under. Either side can end the partnership at any time. If we end it for breaking these terms, pending commissions may be voided.

7. Your data

We keep your name, email, country, profile and payout details to run the program. Bank and PayPal details are stored encrypted and used only to pay you. Clients you refer appear to you by first name and last initial only.
